Candidates must fill out the nomination form completely and accurately, providing all essential details required for consideration.
2.Achievements Evaluation
The achievements of each nominee will be assessed based on key impact indicators to ensure that only the most deserving candidates are recognized.
3.Jury Interview
Shortlisted nominees will be invited to participate in a jury interview. This interview is an essential step to ensure a fair, transparent, and merit-based selection.
4.Profile Scoring
The final score will determine the shortlist for interviews or direct selection, depending on the category.
5.Final Approval
Profiles with the highest scores will proceed to the jury interview phase, where further interaction will help finalize the awardees.

She holds a dual postgraduate qualification—MBA in Human Resources and MA in Psychology—which uniquely equips her to understand both the strategic and emotional needs of individuals and communities.
With over 8 years of experience in the field of education, Supriya has been a driving force in shaping young minds, mentoring students, and advocating for holistic learning environments.
Her experience in education has laid a strong foundation for her leadership at Samskruthi Services Foundation, where she plays a central role in designing impactful programs that blend cultural enrichment, social welfare, and community empowerment.
Supriya is especially passionate about mental health awareness, women empowerment, and youth development—areas where her academic training and field experience converge meaningfully.
